My professional journey has given me a broad and inspiring mix of knowledge and experience – all of which shapes the expertise I bring to my clients today.

With a background in Media and Communication Studies, English, French, Pedagogy and Sociology, I’ve always been fascinated by how people connect, learn and grow. Over the years, I’ve complemented this with leadership programmes, coach training, and certification as an HR Business Partner – tools that help me combine strategy with people focus.

For more than 20 years, I’ve worked with communication and marketing in a variety of roles and industries – both as an employee and a consultant. Along the way, I’ve supported leading companies such as Skanska, Tetra Pak, Castellum, Ellevio and Sweden Space Corporation with everything from strategic advice and internal communication to content management and project leadership.

What drives me is simple: helping organisations communicate with clarity, build strong cultures, and achieve results that matter.
